Old business:
Star BOM: Diane D presented the Star BOM for
February, Carol’s Star and also revealed the final two BOM’s so if you are
using our sew day on March 2nd to construct your quilt you can work
on those also, Dolly Madison Star and Stairs to the Stars. All directions are
on http://www.quilterscache.com they are listed alphabetically in the 12 inch
block list. The entire list of patterns including links, for our stars are on
the blog in the Pages sidebar, Star BOM Information and Links.
Quilt Retreat: Doreen D and Kathy B will
be organizing the quilt retreat for 2015, they started looking at places in the
Lancaster PA area and took a poll to see if everyone would be willing to attend
a retreat this fall instead of winter 2015 because traveling that far in bad
winter weather could be an issue. We all agree Fall 2014 would be a better time
for a retreat in PA. They will keep us posted on any info and decisions they
make.
