Old Business: Volunteers who make up the Bylaw committee have met twice to make suggestions & changes to update our bylaws, including a Code of Conduct which will be added to the bylaws. A unanimous vote was taken to implement the Code of Conduct immediately after each member present was given, read & signed a hard copy. We are working towards an October final draft & vote on the bylaws which will then be posted on camacoquiltguildblogspot.com for all members to have available to them.

Doreen announced that the bus trip to Lancaster was a success. Many of the shops gave our members discounts & gifts which were very appreciated. The Country Store gave so many gifts to the Guild that several were used in the Ways & Means basket. Also, two beautiful fabric packs were won by members which Doreen had organized for the meeting. Thanks to Doreen for running this successful bus trip!

New Business: Nominations for Board officers will be held in October. The vote for Board officers will be held in November.

Show & Tell: Please see pics on the FB page for eye candy! Several members showed the bags they made with byannie patterns introduced to them by Kathy B. They are gorgeous! Kathy, very generously, donated TWO bags that she has made to the Charity committee who will decide best how to use them. If you are interested in the patterns, the website is: byannie.com.

Programs: Program committee asks that we all hand in suggestions for Tips, Tricks, Techniques & Tools as they only received a few in May. They would like to put together a resource for us to refer to when we need ideas. You can email your ideas to Joey at: Jgood1223@comcast.net if you prefer.
