CAMACO QUILT GUILD MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 12TH, 2018
The meeting was called to order by our vice president, Clare J.. at 7:05 pm.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Name Badge: $4.85 was collected.
Charity: Eleanor N reported that 26 dog beds were donated in June and 10 more over the course of the summer. Strips are ready to be sewn! If anyone is interested in sewing strips into blocks, they are available.
Program: Retreat final payment was due earlier in September. Going early? Tell Doreen! Cut fabrics before the retreat. Itineraries have been distributed. Bring other projects to work on and also a chair cushion. Sewing room will open at 11 am on Thursday. Check in is at 3. Pillow Cast Race: Sunday, September 16th. Meet at ACME at 10am to carpool. Kits are all prepared. Bring Lunch.

Christmas Gift Exchange: pin cushion
Sunshine: Mary B isn't well. A card will be sent.
Ways and Means: Raffle generated $80
Refreshments: thank you to all who brought snacks and refreshments. Shirley H., Eileen I., Janet I., Nancy J., Clare J and Sharon K.

Nominations: ballots were passed out by Clare. There is a ballot attached to the monthly meeting minutes for Sept e-mail.
A vote on a new time/day of the week was taken. New meeting time: 7:30 on second Wednesday
Our next meeting is the 10th of October at 7:30 pm.
