2015 Quilt Retreat Information

         Thursday October 22 to Sunday October 25, 2015
   Continental Inn Lancaster Pa

General Information:

The retreat will consist of   3 night stay Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.

Full Breakfast each morning.
  
Buffet lunch on Friday and Pizza dinner on Friday night. 

Dinner: Saturday night.

Meet and Greet Thursday night in the sewing room.

Demos, Games, Prizes

 There will be a challenge project, guidelines handed out when you pay your deposit.

Sewing room starting at noon on: Thursday October 22 until 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Each quilter will have their own large sewing space.

Teacher will be starting, Friday afternoon and into Saturday and Sunday.

The class will be "The Labyrinth" a Debbie Maddy Design (The pattern is included in price of retreat, please don’t buy ahead).  If you'd like to see the quilt here's Debbie Maddy's website. 
When you pay your deposit you will: receive a picture of the Labyrinth design in 3 sizes with fabric requirements and cutting directions. This pattern will be for different size quilts. There will be more information to follow.


 This retreat will accommodate   48 quilters, is first come first serve and will have a wait list if needed.

Costs:

Sign up is open!
Deposit is due May meeting.   $75.00 
Balance due by September meeting.

All checks made payable to Camaco Quilters.

Cost for a double room               $205.00 each
Cost for a Triple room                 $165.00 each
Cost for a Quad room                 $155.00 each
