Doreen's Recipe from February 2015 meeting.

Strawberry Cream Cheese Cookie Tarts

1 pouch Betty Crocker sugar cookies mix
    butter and egg called on cookie pouch
1 container 8oz strawberry cream cheese spread
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoon milk
1 aerosol container BC decorating icing and sprinkles if desired


1-Make cookie dough as directed on pkg and roll dough into 32 (1"balls) place in
greased mini muffin cups. Press each ball into bottom and up sides of muffin cup. 

Bake 350 for 12 to 15 or until just edgejust begin to brown. cool 20 minutes. remove from pan cool completely

2-Mix cream cheese, milk and powdered sugar with mixer on medium speed until smooth. fill each cup with round teaspoon of filling. top with icing and sprinkles. refrigerator.

I use more cream cheese and less powdered sugar. So if this is what you want to do buy 16oz cream cheese. 
You may also need to press cookies down again when they come out of oven.
