Rows were collected and they are looking for help to sew them together. If you turned in a row you were given a gift.. please make something with your gift by June

  3 quilts went to Habitat for Humanity 
We are still doing dog beds 
Ryan’s Cases — Thank you ! Over 100 cases from CAMCO . Kits are available 
REFRESHMENTS - CONNIE
We will resume refreshments when we can. Connie will just be picking up from where she was on the list

We can meet for open sew. Our time has been shortened and at this time if we want to meet we need someone to step up and be the contact person .

FACILITY USAGE- AVAILABLE ALL YEAR---SUMMER SOCIAL GATHERINGS
We may meet over the summer for fun . There will be NO BUSINESS MEETINGS 
DUES- SUGGESTED AMOUNT FOR 2021 IS $10, 
CAN BE PAID BY VENMO, PAYPAL, ZELLE, CASH OR CHECK. PAID BY END OF MONTH, SO NEW MEMBERSHIP CARDS CAN BE DISTRIBUTED AT MAY MEETING, AND UPDATED MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION CAN BE SENT OUT. IF UNABLE TO ATTEND, YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH BEV TO GET YOUR CARD. 
A discussion was put out  to the floor .. There were no questions. A motion was made by Bonny Collins and Seconded  by Doreen Denver 
We all agreed on $10 dues for this year 
An email has gone out on how to pay 
OPEN SEW- MATERIALS IN CLOSET STORED FOR A YEAR SHOULD BE GONE THRU. 
The totes were looked at and charity took some items. 
VIRTUAL MEETING WILL CONTINUE FOR BUSINESS MEETINGS PROVIDED THAT THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE AT MILLMAN
Doreen has bought it to the floor she will no loner be in running retreats .she will gladly pass her knowledge on to anyone who wants to run one 
Clare announced that the quilt show at Cold Springs will be LIVE AND VIRTUAL THIS year ! June 26-27 more information to come on the barn challenge
